In this modern day and age, when people have higher standards of living with lives getting so complicated and fast paced, most people tend to live like robots and tend to keep their emotions and apprehensions to themselves. Problems that are kept, or mostly denied, often result to delimiting one's potentials, anxiety attacks, or even depression.

Conversational Hypnosis with subliminal messages is a method used to help many people resolve internal conflicts and anxieties to live better and healthier lives. A very simple tool used for this method is a PCAT Formula, which can be used in almost any conversation to help a person open up and eventually let go of and finally resolve a certain difficulty that is prohibiting a well-lived life.

It is so simple, yet so effective, that you get to apply it even in normal day to day conversations and get your kin, colleague, friend, or even a business associate to open up what's bothering them without getting noticed that you are trying to help them. What does PCAT stand for? It is really an acronym for the steps involved in the process of resolving one's apprehensions: P for problem, C for conflict, A for active solution, and T for transform.

For the first step 'P', it involves identifying the Problem. In the process of problem identification, it needs to be confronted by the person involved. Initially, there should be recognition by the concerned party that indeed there is an existing problem that can be solved with subliminal messages. Otherwise, in the event of a failure to identify it by activating the problem, the person you are trying to help will not be responsive to any possible solutions that you will give simply because of the failure to recognize that there is an existing problem (in other words, a denial stage).

On the other hand, if the problem is duly recognized by the person you are helping, then there will be a better response to your solutions since there is an instant connection of such solutions to his/her identified problem. In fact, by "activating the problem" problems can be prevented from escalating. It is because of the relative connection of the "problem" to its "solution" which instantly enables the person to resolve any problem that comes without having to deny its existence which could make the problem worse.

It is not really to make the person feel bitter all over again by recalling the problem he/she wanted to forget, but more with subliminal messages by re-association. The simplest analogy I can probably give is like a ship that needs to dock, which can represent a solution, and a port that is waiting for a ship. If the port is neither visible nor audible by any means, then definitely the ship will have difficulty anchoring itself to become useful for the waiting port.

Now, once you're done with the 'P' stage, then you are ready for the next one which is the 'C' stage, that stands for conflict.
